Was given a referral list for surgeons to remove painful Lipomas that I have. For no reason at all, other conditions I have were mentioned and I was asked a lot of gastrointestinal questions (as if I'm lying about having painful LUMPS in my chest). I saw Dr. Grijalva because he had good reviews. When I first met him, he acted like it was such a weird thing that I had traveled out of town to see him. Like he didn't even want me there. Staff, from registration to nurse, to doctor to check out was friendly, welcoming, professional, expedient, and efficient.
Was berated and hung-up on by self-described office manager without a supervisor Tabatha. Was very confused why she was not allowing me to schedule an appointment with my PCP. Was told that he was not my PCP, that "Fidelis does whatever they want," and I will need to call them to change my PCP. Fidelis submitted this request on March 19th, and verbally confirmed to me on the telephone that this is my PCP. The new cleaning crew does an amazing job. The place is brighter, cleaner, and seems to be better kept. Kudos to whoever leads the crew, you're doing an incredible job. Keep up the amazing work.
