Horrible staff horrible communication. Doctors like to talk over patients . They automatically assume someone is a drug addict when they come in with pain. Horrible never recommend
Katie is a terrible PA. She refuses to help patients in agonizing pain. She acts as if she is better than everyone else. I do not suggest going to this practice if you actually want help.
Absolutely horrible office staff. I never made it to see a doctor because the front office was so disorganized. I would not recommend unless you like going to scheduled appointments and waiting while they try to figure out insurance and then canceling you anyway. After my first appointment got canceled on the spot, they were supposed to get it figured out and call me back (I even asked if I needed to call anyone and they specifically said no; they would figure it out and call me back) ..... which they never did call me. All the staff was helpful and friendly the Dr was very nice and friendly easy to talk to explained everything clearly .
