I called just now to inquire if there were any community resources for other home care agencies and if they referred since they only take patients within their network. I was told by Michelle that they did not. However on their website they have community resources w/ A&D home care as a community partner and a link to the A&D website. When I communicated that I saw the link in the community resources section she said she recanted her original claim and said she was was told not to say anything about it.
Whoever drives their bus van into Bangor Downs needs to be re trained for driving. Honked at us to turn out when it was not only appropriate but illegal.
I retired 3 years ago from PACE. The commitment and dedication that the leaders and staff direct towards their patients is second to none🙌🏾
