Had surgery in late October. Had custom orthotics molded from my new foot fit for 2025. Hurt my foot to use them. My Foot Surgeon, Dr. DT McDonald, began doing his own customizing orthotics custom fit inserts—because he heard from so many patients how unsatisfied they were with results from old suppliers. . Staff has been very helpful and friendly. Had a ankle brace for over one year and was wearing out. Got a appointment very quickly and and they made a molding for a custom brace. Few weeks later I got in right away and received the new brace. So far it is great. I know if I have any problems they will fix right away. I would definitely recommend them .
When my neck brace was not staying Velcro and the hospital told me to use the extra padding it wasn't my fault so I spoke to supervisor and she talked to manager and I got new brace n padding thanks gloms
Hello, on July 28th Andrew came to my house to measure my feet for diabetic shoes. I was able review the many shoe options to choose from. Andrew returned on September 12th to bring my shoes. He showed me how to put the shoes on. They're very comfortable and the fit was perfect. He was awesome and explained everything. Answered all my questions. Thanks Sandy Dlouhy.
