Horrendous. The male staff there is absolutely rude. I don't know what. His exact title is. But he can be rude to me. Then perhaps he is the same either other patients or customers.
Very professional, takes time to explain every detail, exceptional products
Very nice staff. However the inserts that were made actually made my foot worse. When I called to see if I could return them or get some sort of refund. I was told no. They said I could come in for an adjustment, however I wasn't going to take the chance of making my foot even worse.
I showed up early to my appointment and was able to get in early. The front desk lady was warm & friendly. My back brace fitting was quick & gave me immediate relief from my back pain. He went over how to use and the right placement to get the most relief.
