***WARNING*** TL;DR: Staff failed to disclose payment requirements before a surgical consult. I was accused of theft when I simply didn’t have payment on me due to their lack of communication. Despite remaining calm and offering to return with payment, I was berated, mischaracterized, and then ignored for weeks without resolution. First review I have felt compelled to write. Went for a consultation fell asleep in the waiting room because I have narcolepsy and cataplexy. Got a nasty vibe from the nurse during the consultation......carry on.... unable to book further appt because the secretary and nurse told the doctor I was "under the influence". Wow. Just wow. The trouble making nurse's name is Maddy. I hope it's not normal for a Dr to go according to his nurses opinion rather than reading a patients chart.
I did alot of research to find the best. Dr. Walker's name kept coming up. He is an amazing surgeon. The work he did was flawless which made my recovery so much better. I had NO bruising at all. My gums were sculpted perfectly. Truly an artist. So grateful to have him as my oral surgeon. This picture is the day after my surgery.
Horrible and scary experience for me. I never felt so disrespected by the staff and I am deaf. I literally decided that the vibe was off and I walked away in the middle of surgery!!! True story. Instead of being nice and supportive and understanding - I got mean girls and an angry dentist. Apparently they broke some of my friend's friends' jaws. So glad I walked away. Why would you go down and under for somebody who treats you absolutely nothing but a cow. Nahhhhh not for me. Run for your life if you have a choice.
