Worst experience I’ve ever had with a place hands-down the front staff were immediately rude with the fact that I hadn’t filled out paperwork I wasn’t informed to fill out before I got there they tried to charge me $1200 for some work even though I have double insurance and told them about that before I arrived Which came out to be 200 bucks so they tried to scam me out of $1000 not only that the work was Shawty everybody was rude and the doctor thought it was funny to make jokes like he’s some type of comedian rather than a... read more
Hubby went to them on a referral by dentist after she found a red flag. They saw him quickly looked over the situation carefully. Explained well without any unnecessary tests. Cost was very reasonable! Easy to locate.
The receptionist was incredibly rude an unsympathetic. I explained my situation and she interrupted to flaty state that she didn't need to know my life story. I was taken aback by her brash attitude. I've never been spoken to so rudely when seeking medical care. This establishment is not interested in serving all of the members of our community, only the ones that can afford to pay out of pocket. They don't accept any form of insurance.
Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was very clear that they do not accept dental insurance and they are private pay only. Too bad.
