Brought a Granddaughter in for wisdom tooth removal.Dr. Stringer and Staff made her feel very comfortable,she even said the iv wasn't as bad as she expected.Withinan hour she was feeling good enough to eat ice cream. I really appreciated Dr Stringer calling to check on her. Definitely will recommend this office.
I had an eval appt with Dr. Shepherd for an implant. He seemed nice but then I overheard him gossiping about me to Dr Gutt the Endo dentist. Then when I saw Dr Gutt he repeated what they talked about to me not knowing I overheard Dr. Shepherd denigrating me; and it was not nice, it made me look really bad as a patient. I cancelled my implant procedure and never went back. And the front desk are very rude and dismissive at times. Not every time but sometimes. Before the procedure, Stringer and I had a detailed conversation about delicious foods/culinary preferences. I got distracted talking about food, but that rascal well-knew he was sending me straight into smoked-ham and eggnog season, on a soup and water diet. Next time, we're doing this in Lent. Hello everyone! I had implants put in my mouth by Dr. Stringer and he did an Excellent Job he is very precise and thorough and I like that.. when you are having oral surgery done which is a major process you definitely want someone who knows what their doing and I definitely recommend Dr. Stringer. I did not feel any pain that was one of my worries but I felt no pain.. what I like is Dr. Stringer explained everything to me before he did the procedure he answered any questions I had and he explains the process before surgery ... read more
Dr. Sheperd is fantastic! I just had a tooth extracted today and it was so smoothly done! He genuinely cares and puts you at ease right away. Very kind and patient answering all of my questions as I was so nervous. I was so happy with his team! They were very friendly and accommodating making me feel like the most important person there!
