Dr. Sheperd is fantastic! I just had a tooth extracted today and it was so smoothly done! He genuinely cares and puts you at ease right away. Had to take my sister there to get 6 teeth pulled at once and she's someone who runs and needs to be held down for a finger poke so I expected it to be difficult, well I was so wrong and couldn't believe how well they handled her. It was a breeze, in and out. No problems. They asked me how she would react and how she felt before I got the chance to even tell them that shes probably going to be difficult, their ways of handling before we even got there was really reassuring. As a general dentist with over 40 years experience, it is my pleasure to give a 5 star rating to Dr. Stringer and his staff. Their chairside manner, thoughtful and caring approach are impeccable. I would refer a patient to their office without hesitation.
I had hoped to make it through life without needing tooth extractions. I was ready to get the procedure done so I could be rid of nagging tooth pain. Thankfully, Dr. Sean Stringer made it so much easier, his staff was super kind, and there was no waiting! Highly recommend.
The office is state of the art - very new and clean. Dr. Stringer and his staff took time to talk to me about what needed to be done for my biopsy. My dentist initially wanted to do the procedure but I requested a referral because I was more confident that a surgeon would provide the best care possible. The sedation was very comfortable and although I am typically nervous at medical appointments, I felt very comfortable under Dr. Stringer's care.
