Delivered my mower for a simple maintenance job my injured hand could not cope with. During a busy holiday prriod, Lyndon went above and beyond, checking the all-round performance of the mower and dealing with any issues found. Couldn't ask for more, and the service was much appreciated, not to mention a more than generous cost. Thank you Lyndon.

This is probably the best mower shop in the area. Great range of products and they know their stuff. Very reasonable prices for the new equipment. Repairs are competitively priced and pretty quick. I would strongly recommend this shop over Bunnings for any power equipment you might need around the home.

No offer to pick it up, no responsibility taken for the fault they ... read more

I brought my $999 JCar 2kVA electric-start generator to Great Lakes Mowers & Chainsaws for a simple fuel leak repair. At drop-off, I made it clear the generator was otherwise working fine and even showed the owner how I use the electric start. I never requested pull cord repair (it had been broken for a while and I never used it). After paying $342 for the repair, I was told the pull cord had been fixed and the generator had been “load tested.” Fair enough — I happily paid, expecting my generator to be fully operational. How... read more
