Hey Seth, just wanted to remind you of your own words how unacceptable my experience was with you. The truck returned to the same symptoms that you said you'd figure out for over 8 MONTHS soon after I picked it up in the spring. We've had to use it for work this week, it's been absolutely terrible and a stark reminder of how disappointing it was to work with you.
