Great staff, great communication. I purchased my Jeep 2010 Liberty from them. Made the process painless and easy and were very transparent with my vehicle before I purchased it. Went to Great Lakes to have some body work done. Was told 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks and not hearing from the shop I called for an update. There response was “ oh the guy we had on it doing the work messed it up and we have to redo everything. It’s going to take another 3-4 weeks”. Another 3 weeks ( about 9 total) pass and my vehicle is finally painted. Verbatim from the shop “we just have to clean it, it got dusty from body work”. Great people.. In college I had stopped at a Monroe Brake and Auto because my windshield wiper stopped working during a snowstorm and that’s was the first place I passed and they had told me it was a motor issue and I’d have to replace it all for $300, I couldn’t do that so I drove a little further to Pacileos because my brother had told me to stop there and it was just a fuse that they replaced right then and there for nothing.
