John literally was a life saver for us! Our blower motor fan in our furnace in our RV went out Friday night, we called every RV parts store within a 2 hour radius Saturday morning and no one had one in stock. We live in the RV currently and we had cold weather coming so it was pretty crucial we found something. I posted in an alliance RV group and he reached out and said he may have some to help us. Had AC fan break. Jon fixed it and was able to get it warranted thru lippert. He went above and beyond to help.

After blowing out a double window in my trailer with the lawnmower slinging rocks I contacted Jon who came out and worked with me on getting the window. One of his men, Adam, came and installed the window for me. Adam and Jon are great to work with and both did an excellent job. It’s nice to be able to look outside again. I would recommend Great Lakes Mobile RV Service and Repair to anyone needing help with their RV.

This company was the best company to work with. He walked me through every possible scenario to see if I could do it myself, and when I couldn't, he was right there. They are honest company, they don't try to overcharge you, they don't up charge you, they're great and amazing people. I will forever use them.
