Great Lakes was the only one out of 5 mobile RV repair shops that answered my call for help. They are amazing at response time, answering questions in a timely manner AND their pricing was very reasonable. We were only in the area for a very short time. These men stepped upto the plate and came to to the campground and fixed our RV with in a day notice. Very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning fan quit working week two of a 5 week camping trip. I texted Great Lakes Mobile RV repair and got an immediate response. They were prepared to come out to our campground in South Haven that evening. Due to weather we postponed a day. Adam was thorough in his diagnostic testing, gave detailed explanations of possible issues and had a new unit with him to replace ours. We would highly recommend.
