Do you people not check IDs?? My husband has never been there, but you are sending claims to our insurance. When I call you guys, nobody knows anything. Very irresponsible!!
Received several EOBs from my insurance from this location which I have never visited or even seen a dr on. Beware as it seems this is happening to others. Will be contacting my insurance, companies should not profit on stealing patients insurance. Very shady practices.
