Still waiting on X-ray results from Thursday 9/17.... It's now the 19th and will not have them till 9/21. Also being told that if I wanted the results today,I would need to take her to urgent care. So I need to spend more money. We all know it takes 30 seconds to read an xray. Apparently as parent I just need to figure out my daughter's own course of treatment to manage her pain and be able to walk.. This is our medical care system !!
I have been to the Orchard Park location since they opened. For myself and my children if needed. I have never dealt with anything bad- the worst would be having a late night appointment and having no real selection of scrubs to wear for the test. That is NOT a make or break thing. No complaints other than above- which was understandable.
Had a CT scan and MRI and everything went smoothly. The staff are friendly and caring.
I called and scheduled my mammogram the day a radiologist was doing the readings. I personally wanted the results at that moment. I even called back to double check that I was scheduled on a day live readings were being done. I was told I was. I came in today and found out no live readings. The techs were wonderful, but this was very upsetting
