I am not sure what happened but I received a phone call on Friday rescheduling my CT Scan from Saturday to Tuesday. Just called to confirm appointment and they didn’t have it. Very frustrating!
I am thoroughly pissed off with the incompetence and lack of professionalism at Great Lakes Medical Imaging. I had an 8:30 AM appointment today for an ultrasound—the most important test of my morning—and was told to arrive at 8:15. I got there at 8:10 AM. Early. Respectful. Compliant. They rushed me through X-rays (which took less than 5 minutes), then sat me in the waiting room for over an hour while a bunch of walk-ins and elderly patients who came in after me were taken back first. Love my ultrasound appointments with Kristy. She is professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout every single appointment I’ve had with her so far. She is happy every time we see her & you can tell she loves what she does! She adds to the excitement of the sonogram appointments! Very thorough and explains everything she is doing & what she is looking at. Highly recommend!
Very rude staff here and don't follow protocol.
I’ve been here several times, staff has been wonderful and accommodating, never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, im always early and have been called in before my appointment time, love it!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
