I was given an appointment for Friday after receiving a call on Sunday, only to find out the day before that I never had an appointment when I called to confirm. How does that even happen? This was a complete waste of my time. On top of that, the front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero accountability. I had really bad experience with dr. Vasiq. My family doctor referred me to Dr. vasiq cause of my skin problem. First of all, he called me after 3 weeks. In that time of period, i was suffering a lot but I didn’t get any call from them, so when i got a call from their receptionist she asked me to send my face photos through mail. This place is an absolute joke!!!!!! I don’t want to say racism but I’m not sure what else could explain the horrid behaviour from front desks staff ! Do not go here even if your life depends on it !!! High recommend North gate walk in if you need a professional and efficient clinic. At this point I want to file a complaint with Patient Ombudsman of Ontario
