Our trolling motor was giving us trouble and Great Lakes Marine is supposedly a certified Minnkota service center. Shane was horrible to us and told us to go where we bought it! That's hard to do when you live a distance away. He is no way a reputable Minnkota service center. Go to SLP Marine in Lake Park and you will get treated with respect.
