Do not hire this company. They will not represent you when your accounts go to litigation. You will have judgments and will end up with garnishment. They make you wait on hold for hours and still won't help you. Beware!!!
Absolutely terrible! Never received my check in call, no debts paid. All they did was collect my money. Zero communication and trying to reach someone at customer service was a nightmare. When I did, they never had any information on what was happening with my settlements. In the meantime, my credit score tanked and more interest was being charged. Stay far away from this scam!!! I wish I could rate zero stars on here!
SCANDALS! We made our monthly installments, communications have been TERRIBLE on their end. Theyve dropped the ball munitions times. Were never quite sure where our money has gone, where its being used. Talking to people who understand you or are knowledgeable is unheard of. I feel like weve been scammed.
There should be a lawsuit against this predator! They made my debt worse and they are thieves for all the fees they charge. Preying on people that already have financial problems!! Do yourselves a favor and run the other direction from this company!!I wish I could leave negative stars

Two months and $880 later they did nothing for me. The lawyer never called me, they couldn’t produce paperwork. Charging 17% interest for my debt. Oh out of the $880 I get $156 back. I was signed up by Clayton advisors. They are predatory, and move fast. The new company already has a settlement on schedule.<br /> <br /> <br />
Original debt not negotiated, 3 years of paying Great Lakes Law Firm. Ended up with additional debt related to incurred interest which was not addressed by Great Lakes. Poor communication as well as no resolutions to debt!! Total scam by Great Lakes Law firm!! BBB as well as State of Wisconsin needs to investigate this firm.<br /> <br /> <br />
Wish it could be zero stars. Absolutely no client communication. 1. Have sent emails that don't get responded to even after their 72 hours, except that they'll respond in 72 hours. 2. No client communication, had to find out about a creditors lawsuit against me while doing a job interview and came home to 4 different letters from OTHER attorneys after losing the job! 3.
