My name is Douglas Ancel, my wife Michele and I started Great Lakes Kitchen & Bath in 1993. Michele's brother John runs the showroom, and my brother Bryan is my installer. We build custom cabinetry and counters for the home or office. Our shop is equipped with a 7'x12' cnc router enabling us to handle any project with total precision. Terrible place, did not put the right kind of screws in my cabinet and I got scratches now and they told me did I open it right??? My lazy Susan has broke numerous times and they don’t have answers other than someone stepped on it, for that instead blame me when I have done everything they told me to do! I paid thousands of dollars for this and I get no answer just blaming me.
