Bought a new K4 @ Great LAKES Kia.
I just wanted to say one more thing, if anyone has had problems with this dealership please contact Kia cooperation and let them know. I am a senior citizen and the dealership does not care that my car is messed up because of them.
Tried to call service just to ask a question (several times) get an attitude from the operator. She tells me the only thing she can do is send me to service. Basically it’s not her problem that it goes to voicemail and never do I get a return phone. Poor customer service
