What a warm , friendly place to walk into. The ladies are very kind, friendly.
For years Juli was my insurance agent but I could not be more disappointed than I am in her or her care. She put both of my vehicles in storage when I only asked her to put one in and I only discovered the error when I questioned why I did not get my bill the next month. She "fixed" it, and the new bill reflected more than a rate 25% increase AND they way she fixed everything was to backdate so Frankenmuth Insurance added late fees on TOP of that! Great people and wonderful service
Pray you do not need assistance after a catastrophic fire. Awful. A kitchen fire caused significant damage to my kitchen and smoke damaged most of my home and burned through my wall and under my siding. Great Lakes did little to assist when Progressive bungled my claim and attempted at every turn not to pay for damages. A good example, Progressive at first decided that my siding could be replaced piece meal (the siding over 20 years old and there was no matching siding - see attached).
