Great customer service! I'm a nursing mom and the staff going a private place for me to pump. Then made sure I had water and snacks after. They did an incredible job with my car too. I drive home with a big smile on my face!

Update: The manager returned my call and listened to my concern. The person responsible had been a new employee. The manager welcomed me to call his cell anytime if I had a future concern. Things happen, they handled it well in the end. I returned as a regular customer for my next service visit. This service department has lost my business from here on, due to the action/ inaction of the service representative and management relevant to my last visit. I made a standard appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Though additional maintenance items/ services were recommended and completed which required additional payment (changing fluids - brakes and coolant). They did not perform standard Honda recommended service of rotating my tires which leaves my Honda HRV a year with no tire rotation. I did not realize this ... read more
