Called in to schedule an appt and spoke with Henry. I first asked the cost to repair a slow leak in a tire. He told me around $20. I then stated that I wanted to schedule an appointment for a recall and the tire leak. He interrupted me as I was talking. I started over and he interrupted me again. I finally asked if he could let me talk, which he did. To his credit, I believe he was interrupting me to tell me I did not need an appointment for fixing a leaking tire.
