Would never go threw this company. They are scammers
Make sure to make that follow up list with all the touch ups and misc items that need completion. You can reflect on this list every time you get told they’re on order only to find out items aren’t and ultimately it’s on you to track down the items after they cut you a check at “their” discretion. Top notch, down to every detail.
I still don't have occupancy and my move in date was December of 2021. No commutation prior to firing him 2 weeks ago and he is now trying to place a lien. I have water backing up around my foundation due to grade not being correct, and the list goes on for things that need to be done in the house. Dave has a friend that is a business owner in Freeland that has been trying to help him get his business back under control and Gabe has been great to work with . Completely unprofessional & unresponsive to deal with. Been living in my home for 2+ years and they have still not ordered the screens. I do not recommend working with them.
