I feel Great Lakes is a great place to start out as a caregiver. I love the office and how helpful they are.
I’ve really enjoyed working at Great Lakes!! The team is supportive, and management genuinely cares about both the clients and the staff. I’ve learned a lot about providing compassionate care, and it’s rewarding to know I’m making a difference in people’s lives. It’s a great place to grow if you’re passionate about helping others!
The application and hiring process was one of the easiest and smoothest experiences thus far. The staff and management are sincere, friendly, and open to questions. Scheduling is flexible and very helpful to me personally. You can choose caregiving or cleaning without the caregiving duties. You can stop working with a client without needing a lot of notice. Working for a Christian company that truly cares about the employes as much as the clients is more than fantastic , its a blessing. If the staff knows you need prayer, they pray for you spasificly . They stand with you, saporting you in any way they can. You are family, you are encouraged, loved in Jesus love and cared about as a valuable person not a number. I have worked at Great Lakes Home Services since 2010. They have treated me well and worked with me to keep my clients happy and well. I am all about the client's wishes, schedule and home styling. If a problem comes up I consult with the office and we resolve it quickly. I feel so appreciated and welcomed every time I call on them. Five stars!
