Laura was so kind and genuine, you can tell she is passionate about her work and her space smells amazing!

Dr. Laura has been my audiologist for about 12 years now and I would highly recommend her. She has her own office a little further from my home now but I am happy to make the drive because of the service that I receive and not feeling rushed during my appointment. She has provided important guidance in selecting my hearing aids.
The team at Great Lakes Hearing care is excellent and great to work with. I love my Phonak hearing aids. I recently attended my 50th high school reunion. It was a large hall with about 200 people and a DJ. I used the Restaurant setting and was able hear conversations without any issues. Even my wife remarked that I did not say "What? I can't hear you" during the entire event. That would not have been possible without the Phonak hearing aids.
