Estimate was set for between 4:30 and 5:30. I arrived home at 4:45 from work thinking they'd still be there because I wanted to walk the property to discuss downspout placement. I came home to an estimate left in the mailbox. No call. No nothing. When I called them asking that they return, the woman was rude. I used them on another house. Wouldn't use them again after this experience. Business must be too good for customer service to get in the way.
