Terrible customer service and communication. Ordered material and my order was cancelled without letting me know. Waited almost a week just to find out I wasn't receiving anything. Lost a job due to their negligence. I will stick to Fellers, R&J, and H&H.
It's nice to have a supplier so close to home. You can call and have your order ready to pick up the same day.
