Carrie Cales is a sweetheart. I could say so many nice things about that Nurse Practitioner but she is the best got me in fast took all of my questions seriously and reassured me, She even helped me get insurance for my procedure wonderful lady. :)
The discharge nurse repeatedly called me by a different name. I told her my correct name, and she persisted in giving incorrect post-procedure instructions. After wasting time, she finally realized that she was looking at another patient's chart!
Extremely invalidating visit. The doctor came in before the nurse even finished my vitals and kept interrupting me when I was sharing pertinent information. I have an extensive family history of cancer and was interrupted to talk about “current symptoms” like it did not matter. Horrible that I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes to be seen for 8-10 minutes and left with no answers feeling completely invalidated. An absolute circus at this place apart from the Doctor. Had to work a miracle just to get my prescription sent to the right place after telling not one, not two, but 3 different people where to send it (since the first 2 couldn't get it right.) Then, I was never told by the lady after I finished with the doctor about my procedure location not being covered under my insurance even though the doctor I visited was in-network. Very disappointed, the only bright spot was that the doctor was professional.
Horrible, front desk staff tried to asked me personally information with a waiting room full of people.Christina the medical assistant has sent my insurance the wrong information 4 times for a pre authorization and it been 2 months of being denied because she won't send the correct information need and this procedure is covered.
