My first appointment was virtual, and I could barely hear anything the entire time. Carrie Cales is a sweetheart. I could say so many nice things about that Nurse Practitioner but she is the best got me in fast took all of my questions seriously and reassured me, She even helped me get insurance for my procedure wonderful lady. :)
The discharge nurse repeatedly called me by a different name. I told her my correct name, and she persisted in giving incorrect post-procedure instructions. After wasting time, she finally realized that she was looking at another patient's chart!

Extremely invalidating visit. The doctor came in before the nurse even finished my vitals and kept interrupting me when I was sharing pertinent information. I have an extensive family history of cancer and was interrupted to talk about “current symptoms” like it did not matter. Horrible that I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes to be seen for 8-10 minutes and left with no answers feeling completely invalidated.
