At first, the staff was friendly, but once they realized I couldn’t afford expensive extras, the treatment changed. I waited over an hour because they forgot about me, and when I declined to buy $70 shoe inserts, I was basically rushed out the door. To top it off, I didn’t even receive the cream the doctor recommended. Definitely not a place that prioritizes patient care over profit.
Very disappointing how patients are treated.
Just experienced the worst customer service trying to purchase inserts. This practice just lost my business and I will certainly spread the word.
Doctor Giordano is the kindest, nicest, most knowledgeable person. I had been suffering with a painful, botched up toenail removal for almost a year. He did a second procedure in January with excellent results. If you need an expert podiatrist, look no further. Thank you, so much!
I was so nervous to get my ingrown removed, Dr. Frascone and Morgan are seriously the best, they went above and beyond to make me feel super comfortable. They explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood the after care, I highly recommend them :)
