Had an issue with home fire alarm system. Called and Joe called me back and gave me free advice on what to do. Appreciated the call back since nobody else has called me back.
The place has staff that are not very knowledgeable about kitchen hoods and installations. If it is not something easy, they are not equipped to handle it. Mark is also very rude and will not take on a challenge...they are more interested in quick fixes and quick money. Don't waste your time
I want to say I would Highly recommend Great Lake Fire Protection. I had a Sprinkler pipe leak that happen over the weekend while the plant was shut down for 3 days. I Called them after the company I normal used wouldn't be able to come out and look at and fix our issue for possibly 2 days. Our company was having a Ground fault issue with our fire panel. We had two other companies come and take a look with zero success. Finally I got ahold of Joe C from Great Lakes Fire Protection and he came out the very next buisness day!! Joe was extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of this situation. He found this issue within 2 hours and our panel was back to normal. Honestly the best Fire Protection service I myself have ever experienced!! Thanks again Joe!!
We needed an experienced fire tech for a local business in Milwaukee. We had already tried 2 other companies and no one could figure out the programming issue with the fire panel!
