The only reason I gave it a 1 for professionalism is because of a 2 hour wait. My appointment was for 10:20. The girl called me back and did her testing at 10:55. Then I came back and sat in the waiting room until I could see the doctor which wasn't until 12:10. I was walking out of the building at 12:19. Saw the doctor for probably less than 2 minutes. I have been there 4 times and the shortest time was an hour. 3 of the 4 were 2 hours. It would seem to me that there should be a better way of scheduling patients. One lady h... read more
Eye surgery great, but the wait times in this office are terrible. A 10:45 appt time and still hadn't seen the Dr by 12:45. The office says it is because the AMA makes them schedule like that.
