I want to leave a note…. after seven years, I owe Dr C the vision that I have today. I am very comfortable in “the chair”, it is like having a brother in there with me. After surgery, my life has been altered thanks to him. I no longer need to wear glasses, I have gotten a great deal of my confidence and Independence back. Visited the office recently for a consult and ended up having a treatment too!!! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The office has a very pleasant atmosphere and I enjoyed all of the art to look at too.
Dr. Calotti and team are first class. It is a busy office, but that is for a reason. They keep things orderly despite the number of patients they serve. Thank you!
I've been diagnosed with cataracts by Dr. Calotti. He indicated it is quite serious. Unfortunately the doctor is too busy to do the surgery to correct my vision problem. As it needed to be taking care of sooner not later. So he is referring me to another surgeon. Fingers crossed!
I have been waiting for a procedure for 159 days and TODAY was the first day that someone in the office said it is typically a one year wait for this particular procedure. I have called numerous times to find out about the wait and it took 159 days to get an answer... at least now I know. That said, the person who told me this PUT ME ON HOLD while I was complaining that my voicemail from ONE WEEK AGO went unanswered! Is this how a medical clinic is normally run?!
