This review is specifically for Doctor Calotti, not for this establishment or the others who work here. Dr. Calotti verbally insulted my elderly grandmother while another family member was there to witness simply because he got frustrated at her asking questions. She was being polite, but might’ve asked a few too many questions for his liking because she does have her concerns and he got frustrated with her. I had an eye emergency and was very concerned and emotional about it. After spending 3.5 hours in emergency on a Saturday afternoon (they took very good care of me and am going to leave a great review for them too), I was given an appointment to see Dr. Calotti on Monday at 10 am. The next day was Sunday and Dr. Calotti called me to see how I was. I wasn't doing too well, and he immediately arranged for me to go into the clinic and see his optometrist. After a slight referral hiccup; I’m happy to say that my experience at this clinic was actually pretty wonderful. I didn’t wait long, the staff were very kind and the doctor was personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience, 10/10.
My referral was faxed over 4 weeks ago, I’ve sat on hold for 30 minutes twice and left two voicemails. I have yet to hear back. Hoping to be able to change this review but so far I don’t feel great.
