Professional and courteous - went the extra mile to solve the issue. Would recommend.
I called their sewer and drain subdivision for an estimate on a hot water tank replacement. They sent out two people who thought they were doing the job, not an estimate. I told them I only wanted an estimate. They gave me one, then told me they had to charge $95 just for coming out. I was not made aware of this charge before hand. The lack of communication between their own people and their customers is appalling. This busines is SHADY.
Great lakes is by far the most professional company in the erie area. The owner james is very knowledgeable. I don't think there is a job they can't do. Might be little more $ then the others but well worth it. Highly recommend them
