Great lakes energy is a great example on how to not conduct customer service. No comunication when doing upgrades besides a knock at the door with no prior warning / heads up. Most of the work is completed by contractors so when you call in for information they say talk to the contractor. Maybe I expect too much but I think a heads up notice of 24 hrs or even 12 hrs would be great instead of knock knock your electricity is gone.
