Great Lakes Energy treated us fairly and were truly wonderful to work with.
Worst experience with a utility. Really wish I could give 0 stars.
We just had our first outage. It was a downed power line down the road from us after their business hours and the fire department and Great Lakes were already on top of things before we knew where to look. Within an hour, we were back up and running. Thanks, guys, you’re awesome!
Just set up utility service for our new home and the service representative, Emma, was extremely helpful, courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with Great Lakes Energy.
