Both Dr. Gerges and her assistant were extremely nice and genuinely cared about my case. They explained everything along the way from the cost, the things I would hear, to the things I might feel like pressure (never had an ounce of pain, even during the shots) it made me so comfortable that I had someone looking out for my best interest. Oh My Gosh! From the front desk to the actual dentist and EVERYONE in between, just comforting reminding you everybody is there to help you. It was so smooth fast professional at the same time warm. If you are scared to go and that is me.I even cried before they started working on me.I am telling you, this is the place to be. If you haven't been in years, like me, they do their best to calm your fears once I was done.I was ready to see them again. Worth coming to the dentist!
Dr. Gerges was incredible. I’ve had traumatic events happen in a dentist office and I was terrified to come in. She talked me through the process entire time, she made sure I wasn’t hurting, and made sure I understood all options. If every dentist was like her we wouldn’t be terrified every time going into a dentist office. Her assistant was amazing as well. They made a perfect team!
The visit and care I received was top notch! The office staff were friendly and attentive.The waiting room was inviting, and they even had water and Pop available too enjoy. Dr Garges Assistant Jillian was friendly, supportive, understanding. I was very scared during the experience! She played my favorite music, held my hand to comfort me, and truely made me feel like she genuinely cared about me. She even played my favorite type of music to distract me.
