I entrusted this company to do the right thing. My generac generator was fine until a technician came out did maintenance to my generator than ever sense it has never been the same, my first interaction with the technician has only about a year of experience. I paid over $200 for a regular maintenance that didn't last more than 30 minutes last February, 2022, they didn't tell me about any other issues, I had to ask questions because they are not communicating.
