On time every time, called to let us know when he’d be here and worked diligently to get the work done as fast as possible. Definitely made an inconvenience (loss of electrical service) more tolerable with his work ethic and communication. Glad I called Great Lakes!
In a word, "Professional". They show up when they say they will (usually within three days), they do their job quickly without wasted time, they arrange the City inspection for you if required, and they follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied. Yes, professional. So rare this day and age.
