Terrific company! Our home had a power outage early morning and the backup generator did not kick in. Placed a call to their hot line, and they were out here within an hour. Power back on. Problem fixed. Thank you Great Lakes Electric!
During the sub-zero winter storms, I was getting power surges. My heater was turning on and off. My 2,500 fridge was destroyed and thick dark grey smoke started coming out of the video player. I called every electrician in a 50 mile radius that I could find. Great Lakes was the ONLY place e that cared and saw the problem as an emergancy.
