Dr. Bieri, Lisa and all the staff help to make a dreaded activity so much more comfortable. They also educate and even demonstrate how to strengthen and keep my teeth. I have lost 1 tooth because of my "dental fear" and anxiety. After Dr. Bieri helped me get past my discomfort, she helped me get a dental implant that lasted 25 years! Which is excellent for a dental implant. And then she helped me prepare to replace that implant and prevent permanent damage to my jaw. I am over 60 and still have only lost 1 tooth to decay. I was a little apprehensive about going to a new dental facility and meeting a new dentist. However, once I got inside, the receptionists were so friendly and kind, I began to feel at ease. My dental hygienist is someone I have gone to for years, so I felt at ease. The dentist, Dr. Hiemstra, whom I had never met before, was very personable and gentle. The whole experience was a very good one. I would recommend the Great Lakes Dental Associates to anyone looking for a dentist.
