This is the second bad encounter that I have had with this branch employees and now the branch manager. I called about the status of my account and spoke with Josh who gave me incorrect information so I asked for a supervisor. Josh told me I need to be careful when talking to him as if that was a threat. Then I asked who he was talking to and he hung up in my face. Will be looking for a new bank/credit union. Customer time is not respected.
If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would rate this Credit Union. I’m not sure what is worse, the lack of systems and processes or the lack of knowledge every employee has about the systems and processes. The time I have wasted working with this Credit Union is far too many hours to calculate. Stay far, far away.
Excellent service! The team is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The branch manager even came out and introduced himself and gave me his business card. If you want to feel valued, I highly recommend this credit union.
I went to the Naperville location to start the process of closing out my husband's account after he passed away. Worst customer service ever! Rude, condescending young man that I spoke to. Stay away from this place! They don't know what they're doing. Horrible!
