Naperville - Just walked into this credit union to get change for a $20 bill using the CO-OP shared branching. The teller told me they didn't give change through shared branching. Never had this problem before. CO-OP branching states, I should be able to walk into any shared branch and do business as if I were at my own branch.
This is the second bad encounter that I have had with this branch employees and now the branch manager. I called about the status of my account and spoke with Josh who gave me incorrect information so I asked for a supervisor. Josh told me I need to be careful when talking to him as if that was a threat. Then I asked who he was talking to and he hung up in my face. I called the branch back and Drew supposedly the branch manager without asking me why I was upset or asking for a manager became combative with me. If a customer ... read more
