I recently made my Jeep payment in the after hours box. I had to include my Landmark Credit Union card in the deposit box. Upon NEVER having received it back in the mail, I stopped there in person today. I was NOT asked how I could be helped by anyone. Another customer was addressed before I was! Sandy the branch manager should be fired for ignoring me for 30 minutes. I only wanted my card returned.
I been here twice this year & they never disappoint. Good customer service & prompt, too. Stephanie waited on me today. Thank you!
