This place is socks
They accept only their trucks first. All others have to wait. In my case I was here 7:30 AM they told me to leave here to the nearest truck stop and come back at 3 p.m. I come back at 3.00 and it’s been 2 hours and they haven’t even started to unload me
I delivered pallets as a dry van driver. I arrived at 7:15 a.m. and tried to check in. They said through the intercom that they open at 8:00 a.m. At 7:55, an employee knocked on my truck and told me to go to dock 5. I drove to the dock, but the doors were still closed. Eventually, they opened them, took my paperwork, I dropped the trailer, and they told me to wait until they brought the paperwork back. Small staff but they do the best they can. So if you show up and have to wait be patient they are a great group of people.
