I was unfortunately a victim of the storms that tore through fish lake back in the spring. Insurance was taking FOREVER but Evan assured us things would be taken care of. After negotiating back and forth with our adjuster he got us the most bang for our buck. New roof and siding for the whole house! Looks great! They also handed the tree removal as we had one fall on our house. I would highly recommend Great Lakes contracting and more importantly Evan to EVERYONE! Great job!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a bad situation. My house was hit by a storm that caused a quite a bit of damage to the house & property and while I know the process of dealing with insurance is never easy, luckily Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helped from beginning to end with our insurance adjuster and making sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. All work was completely in a timely manner and well above my expectations. Definitely would recommend Great Lakes & Evan!
Highly disappointed with their customer service. The initial contact to have someone come out to do an estimate was professional. After the estimate, there was no follow up. Even after being told they were working on the estimate and would get back me, I never heard from anyone. I understand not wanting to take on a job, especially a small one due to profit. However, I do not respect zero follow up and being ghosted. If a company doesn't want to take on a job, that's fine, but be honest and professional about it.

When my roof started leaking last May, I contacted Great Lakes and had the pleasure of working with Evan Griffiths. Evan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented. Throughout the whole process, Evan was always available and willing to answer all of my questions. He tarped my skylights, which held up perfectly all winter long.
