This company runs the coin laundry in the condo building where I live. After repeated requests over the last 4 years I've lived here to clean the machines to remove the mildew they have not responded. Our laundry stinks from the wash and the mildew then travels to our condos with our towels. Disgusting. They run their business like an absentee landlord that just collect the money and doesn't do anything else.
They have a monopoly on the coin op repair business in Grand Rapids. They basically can do or not do what they want. Being a landlord we have needed their service on several occasions and every time there have been issues. Currently it's just getting someone to show up for a scheduled appointment. It's been over 2 weeks that our tenants have been without a machine and for us revenue lost.
