I loved working with Great Lakes Clothing Care! The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. I was happy with my alterations and the custom hair bow that was made from my mother’s veil and wedding dress. I received many compliments!!
I cannot stress how much I would NOT reccomend this company for preservation. I am incredibly disappointed to see how haphazardly my beautiful wedding gown was packed for "preservation". Will have to consider sending it to another company for repacking and preservation now.
I came to Tami with a unique garment dye project, and her and her team handled it with professionalism and care. Honest and fair expectations and pricing.
This is my dry cleaner. I bring them all my shirts and pants, and my wife's things. The people are great, the service level is great, it's clean and fast and organized. They get the stains out, when it's humanly possible to do so. Go here.
Tami is a miracle worker!! In an effort to save money I threw my favorite satin skirt in the dryer with a dryel sheet, not realizing that I had left my lipstick in the pocket! It, along with a white shirt I had in the load, came out marked like a dalmation with red. I brought them to Great Lakes and was treated with kindness and optimism (I had no expectations that they could get it out because it was so bad).
