Ruth was great to work with. They cleaned my dress both before and after the wedding as well as my veil. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that they broke the zipper on my nice garment bag and didn’t say anything. When I called them back they did replace it with a different garment bag.

Close to home. Great prices! Runs specials frequently! ALWAYS FRIENDLY SERVICE! Gets the jobs done in a timely manner. Recently used the wedding gown preservation service and they even provide white gloves with the gown wrapped in muslin! Absolutely amazing people!!
I am giving this review 5 stars for GLCC's alteration of my slacks. There was, unfortunately, a mixup with my ticket being lost. After 2 months with no updates, I finally called and asked for a progress update. I was told they'd call me right back. Ruth called me, apologized repeatedly, and explained the unfortunate situation but told me they were ready for me.
