I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your clinic. I visited for the first time for a back pain adjustment. When I booked the appointment, I was told the cost would be $50 for 20 minutes. However, after the session, I was charged $95. The explanation given was that $95 is the charge for first-time visits. My great experience started walking in the door. The receptionist Shay is extremely friendly and helpful! Nick was also very personable. He shares his knowledge while taking his time to assess and work his magic, all the while ensuring I was comfortable. I am so happy that I have become a client here! Very fortunate to hear about Nicholas Nicodemo!!
