We had another great experience using Great Lakes. They have been cleaning our carpets for over 10 years and have always done an amazing job. The wear and stains on our stairway carpets were no match for the thorough and professional work of Great Lakes & Upholstery Cleaning. Easy to schedule and great communication! We highly recommend using them.

I had a great experience with Great Lakes Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. John was fantastic!! He was quick, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He even took care of a few extra spots at no additional charge, which I really appreciated. Communication was seamless as he is very responsive. I highly recommend their services and I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
