Very professional service to set up an estimate for a 2500 square foot home. Haven't agreed yet waiting on insurance.... The main manager showed up for the estimate measuring brought sample colors. Then they set it up to contact me back with a lot more options and design colors and so forth. Friendly helpful workers. I'd advise others to use they're services
Do Not Buy carpet from this company! Sales will misinform you, complaint was handled with year long run-around and rude staff. In addition, they don't stand by thier products or warranty. Hello, I have lived in The Villages for 7.5 years and have just purchased another house. I have used Great Lakes Tile and Carpet 5 times. Yesterday they completed my latest installation. My installer was DAVEY SMITH. This gentleman was THE BEST contractor that I have ever used in The Villages - and with 6 properties, I’ve used many. He showed up on time, was very specific on the services he would provide, cleaned up extremely well, and stayed late to get the job done. He worked alone and I can tell you he is THE BEST. Scott

I recently had my LVT and ceramic tile installed. I was educated by Nick so that I was able to make the right decision on my tile choices - both in product and color. The installation wasbdone professionally and was flawless. I love my new floors. I highly recommend this company.
