Absolutely love GLBO! From the warm welcoming you get as soon as you step foot inside to the amazing energy with the assistants in the back. You can tell everyone loves what they do and it shows throughout the building.
It’s disappointing to leave this review after two years of treatment at Great Lakes Bay Orthodontics (200 Northgate Dr, Midland, MI 48640). My son was moved ahead in his Invisalign/liner schedule, after which his teeth stopped tracking properly. Instead of pausing to reevaluate or adjust the plan, the office continued pushing the next sets of liners. It’s sad that these people work with kids. They show up here with excuses and false reassurances—knowing full well what they’re doing. Great Lakes Bay Orthodontics jumped my son ahead in his liner schedule, then acted confused when his teeth stopped moving. Instead of reevaluating, they just kept pushing him forward, hoping it would spark movement. The whole staff is always kind and friendly. My questions and concerns are welcomed and answered completely. Highly recommend! They are very accommodating of appointments as well, we needed to come in after a bracket broke and they got us in first thing the next business day. Have not been disappointed in the year we have been going. I REALLY love the text feature! Living far away, I can send a photo of any concern and they reply almost instantly.
