Dr. Clement and his team do an amazing job. From cleanings, to fillings and root canal's, he is respectful, understanding and is willing to listen to. Monica at the front desk is awesome and worked with us to put the best timeline together for the fillings so we weren't stretched with visits back to back.
Wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone that is looking to become a new patient! Tried to get ahold of this office when they first opened, and got transferred to Great Lakes Bay doctor's office, who told me that the dental practice was having issues with their phone lines. Kept trying to call, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they told me that they couldn't make an appointment because they had filled up with new patients during the time their phone lines were supposed to be down! Simply put, this office is incredibly unprofessional. My ex husband is a family friend of Dr Dan and chose to do place my son in the care of Dan to prevent me from accessing his dental information. I provided the court order to the office multiple times showing I had 50/50 legal and physical custody but the office refused to speak to me or provide me information regarding his care. I ended up subpoenaing the office manager. She said that they had an office policy that if someone was disputing custody from another parent they... read more
