The service I received at Great Lakes Auto Glass for a cracked windshield exceeded every expectation. I was ready to pay $1,080 for a new windshield but a coworker told me to call Great Lakes Auto Glass first and I am so so thankful that he did. The repair took a day, dropped off the car before work and picked it up after. The customer service was beyond anything I am used to. Friendly and got done quick but i am upset i dont think i got what i wanted… spent alot of money and feel like it was a waste. I wanted limo tint on all back window and 20% in front and you can see right through it all easily.
Great people doing great work with Great Lakes Auto Glass! Had to get the hinges replaced on the lift gate Glass. After calling and driving around from shop to shop with NO ONE wanting to touch them without replacing the perfectly good Glass window (starting at minimal $500). We found them, and within a 20 minute stop and much less than a quarter of the lowest price I've been quoted, they had BOTH hinges replaced!
