I just had a great experience with Great Lakes AV. I recently DJ'ed a wedding for a family member nearby at Castalia Farms. Within 2 weeks of the wedding date, the bride really wanted to do a photo collage and karaoke during the reception. I was able to coordinate rental of a flat-panel display with Great Lakes AV within that time frame to pull it off. We had an outstanding experience with Great Lakes Audio Visual. Another vendor fell through just two weeks before our town hall with our CHRO visiting from Austria, and I reached out to Bryanna late on a Friday afternoon. She not only answered my call but spent time with me into the evening to fully understand our needs and make sure nothing was missed. My manufacturing plant had an excellent experience working with these guys. They made equipment recommendations for us based on a few photos and their decisions were spot on. They showed up exactly on time and set everything up very efficiently. They instructed me on the use of the equipment and it all worked perfectly for our event. The tear down the next day was very smooth. No issues at all, I highly recommend working with Great Lakes Audio Visual for any AV needs you have for an event.
